Chamber Welcomes Sweet and Tart Shoppe

Mayor Marty Maloney, Chamber President, Marko Ratic, the Board of Directors and Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce members welcomed Sweet and Tart Shoppe to town on the evening of October 13. 

Located just outside Chicago in Park Ridge's Uptown Business District, Sweet & Tart is the creation of two longtime friends, Meghan and Jamie, who decided to set up shop where it all began...their hometown. 

S&T began as the best ideas do; over drinks! In late 2018, Meghan visited her adorably hip cousin, Sean, in Brooklyn. They found a local watering hole that not only had great cocktails, but yummy desserts. Bonus: it was female-owned. Inspired, and plotting, Meghan came home, called her lifelong friend Jamie, and said “I know what we’re going to do together.”

At Sweet & Tart, we focus on serving baked goods, small plates, and custom drinks in a warm and welcoming setting.
